Train Hard—Recover Better

Join a coached class four mornings a week, or train on your own in Open Gym any time a class isn’t running. Then book sauna or red light right after, so effort and recovery happen in the same visit.

Train Inside or Take It Outside

Open Gym is available for self-directed training any time a Workout Class is not in session. You do not need to book Open Gym. Workout Classes and Sauna sessions require separate reservations.

Indoor Training Floor

Rowers, treadmill, dumbbells, and functional equipment support strength, conditioning, mobility, and your own workout plan.

Outdoor Training Area

Use the backyard turf for sled work, carries, conditioning, and fresh-air movement when the space and weather allow.

How it works

Your Session, Step by Step

Choose Open Gym or a Workout Class when you want to build strength, move with others, and pair effort with immediate sauna recovery.

You can only train as hard as you can recover. Use Open Gym before your booked session, or pair training with sauna or red light right after, so effort and recovery become part of the same healthy routine.

  1. 01Use the Open Gym any time a class is not scheduled—no Open Gym reservation is needed.
  2. 02Reserve Workout Classes through the live schedule.
  3. 03Train indoors or use the outdoor turf area when available.
  4. 04Book your sauna session separately, then use heat and recovery to come down from the effort of your workout or class.
