Step 2 — Download the App and Book Your Sessions 

  • Download the SAUNA STRONG app, log in with your new account, and book your two free sessions. Communal infrared sauna, traditional dry sauna, and red light therapy are all bookable. Cold therapy and open gym are walk-in — no booking needed.

What Your Free Sessions Include

  • Bookable — reserve in advance: Communal Infrared Sauna, Private Infrared Sauna, Traditional Dry Sauna, Red Light Therapy
  • Walk-in — no booking needed: Cold Therapy, Open Gym

What to Bring 

  • Water bottle — stay hydrated before, during, and after your session
  • Towel — you will sweat
  • Sauna clothes — athletic shorts, swimwear, or anything you’re comfortable sweating in
