Every session visit includes Open Gym access. Come before or stay after your booked session. No Open Gym reservation is needed. The Yard with outdoor shower and dump bucket are available with any session.

- One session books one visit for the experience named on the option.
- Open Gym access is available with any session, and no Open Gym reservation is needed.
- The Yard with outdoor shower and dump bucket are available with any session.
- Sessions are booked through the Sauna Strong schedule and are subject to availability.
- Use the product-specific Mindbody button on each option to purchase the correct session type.
- Private Infrared Sauna sessions reserve one room. Bring others for 50% of a single-session session per additional guest.
