Introducing: The Hyperthermic Multi-Energy infrared sauna

THe Multi-energy wellness, fitness and lifestyle system.

Meet the technology

Heated workouts, also known as hyperthermic conditioning workouts, involve exercising in a heated environment. These workouts are becoming popular among fitness enthusiasts and immense benefits including an increase in cardiovascular health, improved endurance, accelerated recovery and increased metabolism.

When you exercise in a heated environment, your heart works harder to maintain a steady blood flow throughout your body, which leads to an increase in blood flow and a decrease in blood pressure. This can help prevent heart disease and improve overall heart health.

Heated workouts will also improve your endurance. The heat increases your body’s tolerance to physical exertion, and over time, you may find that you can exercise for longer periods without experiencing fatigue.

Another benefit of hyperthermic workouts is that they increase your metabolism and can help you burn more calories. The heat increases your core temperature, causes your body to work harder and boosts metabolism, which means that you will burn more calories than you would during a workout in a cooler environment.

You have the option to do your own workout, ride the spin bike, do yoga or also select from one of our pre-programmed workouts on the TV’s in the Sauna Gyms.  Sessions last 30 minutes and the temperate gets up to 165 F! You can adjust the temperate as you wish during your sessions.

Even without actively exercising, hyperthermic conditioning provides a wide range of health and wellness benefits including:

  • Increased core body temperature
  • Increased Metabolism
  • Increased heart rate
  • Activation of HSPs (Heat Shock Proteins)
  • Increased Perspiration
  • Growth Hormones

Paired with your fitness routine, the benefits are even greater. To learn more about all of the benefits of hyperthermic conditioning, check out our PDF full of information.

Enhanced Performance:

Hyperthermic conditioning exposes your body to heat stress, which can improve cardiovascular endurance, increase sweat production, and boost athletic performance. By training in a heated environment, you can push your limits and achieve greater fitness gains.

Increased Metabolism:

Exercising in a hyperthermic environment can elevate your metabolic rate, leading to increased calorie burn during and after your workout. This can support weight management and fat loss goals.

Improved Recovery:

Hyperthermic conditioning helps enhance post-workout recovery by promoting circulation and reducing muscle soreness. The heat can aid in muscle relaxation, accelerate tissue repair, and alleviate joint stiffness.

Sweating is the body's natural way of eliminating toxins. The heat generated during hyperthermic conditioning induces profuse sweating, aiding in the detoxification process and purifying your body.

Mental Focus and Endurance:

Training in a heated environment challenges your mental resilience and improves your ability to focus under stress. This can translate to increased mental toughness and endurance in various aspects of life.
