What is a Community Infrared Sauna Session Like?
Not sure what to expect during your Community Dry Sauna session at Sauna Strong? After you book your session you have access to our Community Dry Sauna. Please know that we have two (2) different Community Dry Saunas one indoor with 14-person capacity and one out door with eight (8) person capacity! You can stay in the same sauna the whole time or rotate between each!
Before starting your session, you’ll want to make sure you are in a comfortable sauna and cold water clothes! Then, you’ll enter one of the saunas where you are able to stay for 45 minutes and do multiple rotations. Before, during and after your session, it’s a good idea to drink plenty of water (we recommend 16oz of water per 10 minutes in the sauna) and hit cold therapy throughout! You’ll notice that you sweat a fair amount during your session – and this is exactly what you want. End your session with a little blast of cold therapy and get nourished with our post-session nutrition offerings!
