PROGRAM OVERVIEW
At Sauna Strong, we believe great hockey players arenโt built by training harder alone โ theyโre built by training smart and recovering well.
Hockey Dryland โ Winter 2026 helps youth athletes develop strong movement foundations while learning how to properly recover so they can perform better in games, reduce injury risk, and avoid burnout.
Each session blends intentional dryland training with guided sauna and cold recovery. This program is about long-term athletic development, not short-term exhaustion.

- ๐ 1x per week
Weekly Schedule
- Tuesdays โ Girls: 7:30โ8:30 AM
- Thursdays โ Boys: 7:30โ8:30 AM
